Entrepreneurs Connect'22 was more than just a networking event. This was a one-of-a-kind event organised by the Margdarshak Advisory, which objectified its platform by including not only government representatives but also emerging entrepreneurs from the region. The event provided a platform in the form of a beneficiary platter to everyone in attendees, from organisation representatives and speakers to entrepreneurs who have just started their venture and those who are now in the budgetary phase of their biz.

As the session progresses, audience is more likely to see how each of them came forward and delivered about their respective firms, beginning with their challenges and advancing to their needs, requirements, and services. This initiative was brought about by our firm and will be continued in the future as it benefits today's youth in this region. Pranab Sarmah, MD of Margdarshak Advisory, told business-northeast that at the moment, the youth who are actively involved in business and market and have seen the outside working scenario is attempting to bring these changes to this region as well.

The youth here now prefer to start their own businesses rather than work for someone else. They are attempting to create a business ecosystem with a modern flavour.

It should also be mentioned that young people from various backgrounds have come out with the goal of modernising the ethnic products of the North-eastern region. Furthermore, with a broader goal in mind, these fellow youths' techniques are now reaching out to markets worldwide, not just national or regional ones.

While speaking with business-northeast, Margdarshak MD stated that their firm's initiatives comprised the entire event of "Entrepreneurs Connect'22."

In addition to their recent tie-ups with the Bombay Stock Exchange and others, they have promised to support the entrepreneurs financially as well, so that they do not face any further obstacles in their venture.

Through this network, I would like to encourage all aspiring youth to come out, adapt, accept, and carry out such innovations, and we will provide you with the best possible guidance through our firm," he adds.

Sriparna Baruah, Chief Advisor to MA also spoke to business-northeast about how the event evolved into a platform for all types of startup entrepreneurs and organisation representatives to address their challenges, issues, and measures taken in any business or market. And how an ethnically diverse region can serve as a potential hub for such innovations.
Margdarshak Advisory will serve as a facilitator by mentoring, incubating, or financing the businesses. It is also said that networking serves as a foundation for business growth, with our firm serving as a one-stop shop for startups and their growth, she mentions.

Swapnanil Talukdar, Advisor at Margdarshak Advisory, discusses the main objective of Entrepreneurs Connect'22 was to bring together government stakeholders and startups on a single platform. The company intends to act as a catalyst, bridging the gap between stockholders and startups.

Apart from acting as a facilitator, the firm has signed a number of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to promote entrepreneurship and startups. The event primarily featured social enterprises that have a direct impact on the socioeconomic state of the region.

A memorandum of understanding was also signed between the Jorhat hub and Margdarshak Advisory to assist in bridging the gap and overcoming the challenges that exist between startups, entrepreneurs, and government organizations. Furthermore, the firm aspires to be a trendsetter in networking by bringing everyone together on such a platform and facilitating businesses through the required skill set.
