A special drive has been undertaken under this scheme for providing all dairy farmers with Kishan Credit Cards. The dairy farmers are assisted with working capital loans up to 1.6 lacs without any collateral. The effective rate of interest under this scheme is 3%.  The loan is even extended up to Rs 3 lacs. The Directorate of Dairy Development acts as a facilitator under this scheme.
