Guwahati adds new connectivity to Mumbai and Bengaluru

Guwahati: The number of passengers and air traffic movements are showing a sharp rise in Guwahati. Keeping that in mind, the city’s latest addition is Akasa Airline. The airline has introduced new connectivity from Guwahati to Mumbai and Bengaluru from Thursday on all weekdays.

These are the latest additions of connectivity at Guwahati’s Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport during this summer schedule. Passengers from Guwahati to Mumbai and Bengaluru expressed satisfaction over the enhancement of flights connecting to Mumbai and Bengaluru. Akasa is deploying a narrow-body Boeing aircraft with a single-class configuration offering 189 seats in the Economy Class.

The inward sector Flight QP-1504 departs Guwahati at 17:45 hours to Mumbai and arrives at 21:15 hours. On the other hand, QP-1503 departs Mumbai at 14 hours and arrives in Guwahati at 17:05 hours.

Similarly, the inward sector Flight QP- 1135 departs Guwahati at 19:25 hours and reaches Bengaluru at 22:15 hours. On the other hand, QP-1134 departs Bengaluru at 15:35 hours and arrives in Guwahati at 18:50 hours.

However, Akasa decided to operate the route effective from June 1 onwards and will be operational till October 28.
Notably, the Mumbai flight will be operated till June 30 and the Bengaluru flight till October 28.
