Expo 2020 Dubai will begin on October 1, 2021, and last through March 20, 2022.

"The India Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai will highlight a revived India's march to becoming a 55 trillion economy," says Commerce Secretary B.V.R. Subrahmanyam.
"The overall subject of India's participation at Expo 2020 Dubai would be the country's extraordinary fightback from Covid-19 and its development as a global commercial powerhouse providing tremendous prospects for the globe."

A number of states will also participate in the India Pavilion, displaying their culture, history, and commercial possibilities alongside India's major corporate groupings and public sector enterprises.

During the six months of Expo 2020, a significant number of notable ministers, officials, and celebrities are expected to visit the India Pavilion, which will also host a number of cultural activities, according to a statement from the Commerce Ministry.

The India Pavilion will be divided into two halves, according to the government.

"Climate and Biodiversity, Space, Urban and Rural Development are the 11 major themes used to identify the zones." The Golden Jubilee of Tolerance and Inclusion Global Goals, Travel and Connectivity, and Knowledge and Learning Food, Agriculture, and Livelihoods, as well as Water, are all important topics.

"In addition, the India Pavilion will host and co-create leadership dialogues, international trade conferences, and seminars to explore possibilities to engage with other participating nations," it said.
