By the 22nd of June, 2021, Finance Ministry officials of the Indian Government will hold an interactive meeting between 11 in the morning to 1 in the afternoon with the vendor and the team of Infosys regarding the glitches or any issues found in the recently launched e-filling portal of Income Tax Department. This interactive meeting will also include few other official members like stakeholders, new ICAI members, auditors, consultants, and taxpayers. The technical glitches have repleted the newly developed web portal of Income Tax Department leading to the cause of inconvenience for all the taxpayers.

 A written depiction has been asked from all the stakeholders in concern with the technical issues found over the upgraded portal. For further non-occurrence and removal of these glitches in the new portal of the Income Tax Department, the Infosys team has been asked to come to show their presence so that it can clear out the recurring faults/issues and respond to the queries of the taxpayers at the earliest. And shall not add further to the inconvenience.
