IT infrastructure of Arunachal to be developed by DoNER with implementation of e-governance & digital services

New Delhi: The Union ministry of development of the north-eastern region (DoNER) has informed the state that the ministry will support the strengthening of information technology (IT) infrastructure in Arunachal for the implementation of e-governance and other G2G and G2C digital services up to the last mile in the state.

During an interaction on 29 July 2021, with Arunachal State Council for IT & E-Governance Chairman Doni Nich, MPs Tapir Gao (Lok Sabha) and Nabam Rebia (Rajya Sabha), Arunachal Tourism Minister Nakap Nalo, and Daporijo MLA Rode Bui, the DoNER Minister G Kishan Reddy assured the development of IT department in Arunachal at the time of implementation eOffice in all the offices, down to the district level, to ensure transparent and smart governance.
The Union Minister further, assured his visit to the Arunachal to review the IT infrastructure and other developmental initiatives in the state soon.
