Guwahati: NRL has been bestowed. with the prestigious ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) Awards for Excellence in Financial Reporting for 2020-21 in the category 'Manufacturing and Trading Sector (Turnover equal to Rs. 3,000 crores or more)'.

The annual report and financial statement of the company for the year ended March 31, 2021, has been adjudged as the winner of the Silver Shield.

Public Grievances and Pensions to Indranil Mittra (Director Finance) NRL at the ICAI Awards function held in Ghaziabad (UP) on February 9 in the presence of Nihar N Jambusaria, President, ICAL, Dr. Debashis Mitra, Vice President ICAI, senior NRL officials, and other Central Council Members of ICAI. The awardees have been selected by a high powered jury chaired by PK Gupta, CMD, NBCC (India) Ltd, and a panel of eminent members from various walks of life after reviewing the accounting practices adopted by the companies while preparing their financial statements, the policies adopted for disclosure, and presentation of financial statements, among other information.
