Bonphul Health Pvt. Ltd. launches Zemidi PrimaCare Centre in Dhemaji

Guwahati: To bring affordable health care to rural population Bonphul Health PVt. Ltd company recently launched Zemidi PrimaCare Centre in Dhemaji district of Assam .

This state-of-the-art centre was inaugurated by the Lok Sabha Member of Parliament, Pradan Barua from the BJP.

In a candid conversation with Business Northeast, the Chief Operating Officer of Zeimidi, Deepankar Bhattacharjya, elaborated on the purpose and benefits of the Prima Care Centre. The main focus of this primary care unit is to provide high-quality healthcare to the rural population. Prima Care employs telemedicine, allowing remote consultations with specialists to ensure that people in remote areas can access healthcare with ease.

The healthcare facility has launched a health card subscription service that costs Rs. 199 and covers five family members. The location of the Prima Care Centre in Dhemaji was strategically chosen based on the high number of subscriptions in and around the area. The cardholders will be able to avail of discounted rates for services, including consultations, therapies, and medicines.

The Prima Care Centre also serves as a facilitation center and will offer valuable information to rural people about whom to consult and what prices are available at other hospitals. In addition, the center is staffed by over 70 doctors from various fields and has ten investors on board to ensure top-quality care.

Currently, Prima Care Centers are operational in nine different locations, including Dhemaji, Lakhimpur, Majuli, Sibsagar, Jorhat, Sonitpur, Udalguri, BTAD, and Karbi Anglong. Zeimidi has also launched a mobile application for people to access their services conveniently.

In the future, Zeimidi aims to open more centers in other parts of the region on a franchisee model.
