Guwahati: The Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited (IGGL), a JV company of five leading oil and gas PSUs, has received the North East Best Employer Brand Award at the North East Leadership Awards, 2023, organised by the World HRD Congress at Vivanta in the city.

The award features the top organisations from Northeast India showing exemplary people practices. Some of the key criteria on which organisations were assessed include translating and combining vision with action by aligning HR strategy, building lines to mesh HR strategy with business, and developing competencies for the future to enable a future-ready organisation.Other organisations awarded in the function include Oil India Ltd, Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited and Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Ltd.

IGGL is implementing the North East Gas Grid project, an approximately 1,656-long natural gas pipeline.
