India Exposition Mart Joins Hands with Garment Technology Expo to Elevate India’s Premier Garment Machinery Event

New Delhi: The India Exposition Mart Limited (IEML), has announced a planned partnership with Garment Technology Expo Private Limited (GTE). 

This teamwork will jointly organize and scale up the Garment Technology Expo (GTE), India’s leading exhibition devoted to garment manufacturing technology.

The joint effort aims to expand GTE’s footprint across major Indian cities, improve exhibitor and visitor knowledge through technology-driven solutions, and offer a more impactful platform to showcase cutting-edge machinery and smart manufacturing solutions.

GTE’s leadership remains with Founder and Chairman Inderjit S. Sahni and Managing Director Ricky Sahni, while the new board will include Mukesh Gupta, Director, IEML, and Sudeep Sarcar, CEO, IEML.

“For over 25 years, GTE has grown steadily across Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Bangalore. This partnership with IEML marks a new chapter of growth and excellence,” said Inderjit S. Sahni.

The partnership aims to attract a wider national and international audience, expand the number of exhibitors and product categories, and introduce enhanced conference tracks, seminars, and workshops. GTE will now serve as a hub for showcasing automation, sustainability, and advanced garment technology.

Under the new partnership, the next GTE editions are scheduled for November 7–9, 2025 in Ahmedabad and the flagship edition from March 20–23, 2026 at India Expo Centre and Mart, Greater Noida. The last GTE edition at IEML attracted over 12,500 trade visitors from 20 countries, covering 12,000 sq. m of exhibition space.

Garment Technology Expo is India’s largest trade show for garment and textile manufacturing, held annually in Greater Noida and bi-annually in Ahmedabad and Bangalore. It has played a pivotal role in proceeding India’s attire production capabilities for over two decades.
