Casio, Japan's truly global watch brand, is bringing a plethora of offers for the watch nerd in you via its ongoing 'Time Piece' festival.

A Casio executive, talking to Business North East, highlighted the company's offers during the 3-day festival that will end on Sunday. "We are offering exclusive benefits during the servicing of our watches. The free services include battery and o-ring replacement, watch health check-ups, and cleaning and water resistance checks", he said.

Customers can also avail of exclusive benefits like up to 50 percent off on watch exchanges on selected models, up to 50 percent off on accessories, or 20 percent off on labour charges.

The Casio festival is underway at the company's outlets in the City Centre Mall, the Central Mall, and NCS Square Mall on A T Road. 

Sheel Kumar from Casio, Delhi, observed that the festival has drawn a sizable number of watch enthusiasts to their stores. "Many of our customers walked in for servicing for their watches. Such offers are conducted only once a year so they want to ensure they are reaping the benefits. In a day, each store is seeing 25-26 customers with service requests. Some customers also availed of the exchanged offer with glee."

Kumar revealed that the Japanese company has over 100 stores across the Northeast region and is eyeing further expansions.
