New Delhi: Crude oil Major and Oil India Limited (OIL) and Indian public sector engineering consultancy and technology licencing business Engineers India Limited (EIL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for technological collaboration in accordance with their long-standing partnership.
According to the MoA, Crude Oil and natural gas exploring and producing national player, OIL, will hire Engineers India Limited, a PSU created with the goal of providing indigenous technology solutions across hydrocarbon projects, to conduct niche technological studies and feasibility reports for the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream value chains, including HSE aspects pertaining to statutory and regulatory compliances.
The MoU was signed on February 14, in presence of Chairman &Managing Director OIL, Dr. Ranjit Rath and Chairman &Managing Director EIL, Vartika Shukla by Director (Operations) OIL, Pankaj Kumar Goswami and Director (Commercial) EIL, Atul Gupta at OIL’s Corporate Office in Noida in the company of other functional directors and senior officials of OIL & EIL.
