Dimapur: An Integrated Business Hub and Innovation Center (IBHIC) has come up in Dimapur, Nagaland, to boost entrepreneurial prospects in the Northeast Indian state. This hub was inaugurated on Thursday by Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog, Suman Kumar Bery.

Rio, during the launch ceremony, emphasized the importance of embracing innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment in the country.

According to officials, the center aims to create opportunities for entrepreneurs, innovators, and youths in the region. "The hub will streamline administrative procedures, promote transparency, and provide quick support to investors through a single-point coordination strategy. Priority will be given to start-ups, entrepreneurs, and investors eager to invest in Nagaland", the state government said in a statement.

Through this new hub, the state government seeks to platform collaborations between local talent and investors to promote innovation and seize untapped opportunities.

The CM also announced that IDAN and other government departments will ensure a seamless transition for investors and provide essential support services. 

 The Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio in his keynote address said that the new facility will create opportunities and platforms for Naga entrepreneurs, innovators, and the youth. "I am hopeful and confident that the hub will reflect the energy and ambitions of the youths, who are educated but require motivational skilling", asserted Rio. "We must embrace innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment, and with this vision in mind, the government has conceptualized and brought to life the Integrated Business Hub, a dynamic platform designed to facilitate and support investors, start-ups, and entrepreneurs alike."

Rio believes that the initiative will help streamline administrative procedures, promote transparency, and provide quick support to investors.
