KTM unveils the second generation of the RC200 sports bike in Guwahati

Guwahati: At the Six Mile KTM store here, the Austrian automotive brand KTM, which is owned by Pierer Mobility AG and Indian manufacturer Bajaj Auto, has unveiled its second-generation RC200 sports bike.

The KTM RC200 is priced from Rs 2.11 lakh upwards (ex-showroom Guwahati). According to a company media statement, the KTM RC series bikes reflect KTM's ready-to-race mentality, and the new-gen RC200 sports bike has at least 16 changes, making it livelier to ride with greater aerodynamics.

New adjustable handlebars, new LCD dash instrument cluster, increased fuel tank volume (9.5 litres to 13.7 litres), new LED headlight, larger airbox, all-new stiffer, lighter split-steel trellis frame, Supermoto ABS, sharper taillight design, lighter, high-strength wheels, lighter 320mm front brake disc & 230mm rear brake disc, curved radiator, and many more are among the notable new features on the KTM RC200.

The KTM RC200 has a 199cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine with dual overhead camshafts.

Camshafts have a 25 PS power output and a torque of 19.2 Nm.
