Guwahati: The Royal Global University (RGU), signed an MoU with the Assam Science Society on August 1 with the purpose to establish a common platform for research and innovation, conduct of training programmes and scientific activities for popularising science with a special emphasise on Chemistry.

The MoU signed specifically with the university’s Department of Chemistry, the Assam Science Society along with the former will work towards furthering cooperation in education, training and research, which will be mutually beneficial to both the organisations and people of the region.

Further, the two organisations will work in cooperation for research activities and training programmes, technical sessions, summer and winter programmes, extension activities, guiding students in internship programmes and bringing out joint publications.
