Imphal: The Department of Posts will launch a new service called Dak Ghar Niryat Kendra (DNK) to better serve exporters in the North East.

With the use of the DNK software, consumers may file Postal Bill of Exports online using a web connection designed for this purpose and have the export shipments scheduled at specified DNKs or post offices.

According to Som Kamei, the Postmaster General for the NE-II Region, the facility will shorten transit time and eliminate manual paperwork for exporters, allowing direct export from the area to foreign customers.
